Wishlist Competition - Terms and Conditions

1. The Wishlist Competition begins at 8:00 (EST) on Saturday, June 21, 2019 and will end on  Wednesday June 26, 2019 11:59pm (EST)  

2. Customers are automatically entered into our Wishlist competition if they do the following: 

  • Open the Wishlist Competition email from Paz Creations announcing the competition
  • Login / Create an account at Paz Creations

  • Add at least one (1) new item to their wishlist!

        Entry from Facebook or Social Media

3.  No purchase is necessary to enter. One entry only per customer. 

PRIZE

1.  Two (2) winners will be selected at random

2. The winner will receive ONE item as a gift (value up to $39.99) 

2. Winner will be contacted by Paz Creations, and will be announced via social media and e-mail    

3. Winner will receive instructions how to claim their prize. 

 

GENERAL

  1. Our contest is open to anyone aged 18 years or over. (except employees of Paz Creations.)
  2. This winning prize is subject to availability. All winning entries MUST create (or already have an account) at Paz Creations with a valid e-mail address. 
  3. The winners will be chosen at random.  
  4. Winner will be chosen Thursday 27 June 2019. If unclaimed within 5 working days, their gift will be forfeited. 
  5. All Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged and cannot be redeemed for a cash equivalent. Prize value is up to $39.99 retail price. 
  6. Incomplete entries will not be considered valid.
  7.  We reserve the right to substitute the winning jewelry item for another one at our discretion.  
  8. We are not, in any circumstances, be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of winning this prize.
