Shipping, Refund & Return Policies

When you buy your jewelry from Paz Creations, you buy with confidence. Every piece of jewelry we offer is the best possible quality for the price. Each piece in our collection passes a rigorous inspection process before we offer it to you. All of our Sterling Silver is stamped 925. Any items with gemstones have been independently certified. Each piece of jewelry that contains “Roman Glass” bears the certificate of authenticity.

Returns:

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your purchase and will receive a full refund (Less and Shipping and handling fees). To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it. Your item must include original packaging.

After 30 days, you may return the item up to 60 days after purchase for exchange or credit only. Returns are not accepted after 60 Days. To be eligible for a credit or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it. 

“Final Buy” items may not be returned nor exchanged.

Process to return:

  2. You will receive an authorization number to attach to your item
  3. Package your item securely and send it back along with all original packing to our US partner offices: Heartfelt Enterprises, Inc

  4. Please send it with a service that uses a tracking number
  5. We will not accept any returns 90 days after receiving your purchase
  6. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping fees to Israel / US are not refundable.
  7. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

 

**Please do not send your item back to our offices, without receiving authorization.

 Refunds

Returns are are processed within 3 business days. Once we receive your item and have verified its condition, you will receive notification of receipt and will be issued a refund through the identical method paid. Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds / credits to be processed.

 Roman Glass

The beauty of Roman Glass is its patina and the process it takes in its hand application. To preserve your glass, avoid contact with water, lotion, soap, perfume and any harsh chemicals. We will not accept returns of Roman Glass that have been exposed to the above elements.

 Missing or Damaged items

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, or does not arrive as tracking indicates, please e-mail or call us immediately. Please retain all packing materials. Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported immediately.

Canceling or Changing an Order

Changed your mind? If you would like to change or cancel an order – before order confirmation has been received - please contact us at contactus@paz-creations.com. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the same process as above to return the item. 

Every item in the Paz Creations Collection is handled with care and respect. When you order from us, you will feel confident at every step of the purchasing experience!

Once you complete your order with Paz Creations, your jewelry will be packaged and wrapped carefully for shipment. Each item will come complete with an anti-tarnish square and will be presented in a gorgeous gift bag. 

Items are packaged and sent out within 3 business days of each completed transaction. 

If an item is being shipped from Israel, it will be sent with "ECO-POST" mail through the Israeli Post System. For all jewelry, each package is assigned a tracking number which will be added to your order, and will allow you to track your Paz Purchase!
